Just found BATMAN: THE MUSICAL, a collection of Jim Steinman's demos from his aborted Batman musical. Most of it is not terribly good. Got a hair cut. Feel lovely and free. There's a dude who hands out flyers for a barbershop every day out on the street here. I've been ignoring him for approximately 2½ years, since I don't take flyers from people unless I want what they're selling. Finally took one, and got my hair cut there. Oh man, all the Christmas Carol performances are blending together in my head. So many people came- jayspec, mollyx, nppyinzer, planga all came Saturday night (they had a plastic bag from someplace that had a huge face printed on it, and it was in the chair next to planga. First Christmas Carol on Saturday was a little off for me- my brain kept going off on little tangents, and I screwed up a couple of my lines. Still, a good show. Mom and Christopher came out to see it, as did Susan and ceebeegee's brother. All seemed to dig it a lot.

Opening night of Christmas Carol was lovely, aside from some minor tech flubs- one of the Cratchits took off a chair that they weren't supposed to, so instead of there being a chair on stage left, it was off stage right where no one could get to it.
